9 Month Limited Warranty (NOV 16, 2023)
This warranty is valid for a period of nine (9) months from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of the Triple J Pickleball paddle. This warranty does not extend to damages or defects caused by improper use, mishandling, neglect, modification, accident, or any other user-induced actions.
Exclusions: This warranty explicitly excludes any damages or defects incurred due to user-inflicted actions, including but not limited to, impacts, misuse, improper storage, unauthorized repairs, and any alterations made to the paddle. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes, and scratches are also not covered under this warranty.
Triple J Pickleball's Discretion: Triple J Pickleball reserves the right to determine whether the reported defect falls within the scope of this warranty. Our decision will be based on a thorough evaluation of the reported issue and may include consultation with our technical team. In cases where the defect is deemed to be a result of manufacturing, we will take appropriate measures to rectify the issue.
Shipping and Returns: In the event that a valid warranty claim is approved, Triple J Pickleball will cover the shipping costs associated with returning the defective paddle. Customers are responsible for properly packaging and shipping the paddle to the designated return address provided by Triple J Pickleball. Upon receipt and assessment of the returned paddle, if the defect is determined to be covered by this warranty, Triple J Pickleball will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective paddle.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Triple J Pickleball paddle.
